1. Same-Day Return Request

All return requests must be made within 24 hours (same day) of delivery. Requests after this period will not be accepted under any circumstances.

2. Strict No Return on Opened Products

Due to the nature of perfume products:

No returns or refunds will be accepted if the perfume bottle is opened or used
Products must be sealed, unused, and in original condition

This policy ensures product hygiene and quality for all customers.

3. Return Eligibility

Returns are only accepted if:

The product is damaged, leaking, or defective
You received the wrong product
The product is unopened and in original packaging

4. Rejection of Return

Urban Perfume reserves the right to reject any return request if:

The perfume seal is broken or used
The request is made after 24 hours
The product is not in original condition
No valid proof (images/video) is provided

5. Proof Requirement

To process your return request, you must provide:

Unboxing video (mandatory)
Clear images of the product and packaging

Without proof, your return request may be rejected.

6. Refund Process

Once your return is approved and verified, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
The refund will be credited to your original payment method
